Code of Conduct

Ex Umbra in Lucem - from shadow into light. This is the standard every Son of the Imperium is held to. It is drawn from the ORDINEM and the Member Handbook (Part V). When you join AE, you accept it in full.

1 · The standard

You represent AE at all times - on the Discord, in operations, and anywhere you are identifiable as a member. Your conduct is AE's reputation. Carry it accordingly.

2 · The Seven Commandments

The foundational moral code, written by the seven founders of Foxtrot 7. They are non-negotiable. They do not expire.

I - RAVEN (Corvus)

None shall betray or seek conflict with their brother.

II - CHAPEL (Sacellum)

None shall disclose or speak openly about the secrets, history, or actions of their brothers, community, or the Imperium.

III - LONDON (Civitas)

None shall be idle in life, work, in their support of their brothers, or in their performance and loyalty to the brotherhood.

IV - MEMPHIS (Animus)

None shall allow any indulgence to cloud their judgment, compromise their integrity, or weaken their commitment to their responsibilities, their brothers, or the mission.

V - GAUNTLET (Requaero)

None shall allow their brothers to fight or survive alone.

VI - SOLOMON (Cerebrum)

None shall act without order, focus, composure, and respect.

VII - TEMPLAR (Militus)

None shall allow their brothers to show weakness or appear as if they are weak to others.

3 · One allegiance

AE is exclusive. When you join, AE is your only clan, org, or group - you may not hold membership in any other gaming clan, organisation, or group. In Star Citizen, AE must be your only org; any other affiliation, main or affiliate, is flagged. Loyalty is not divided (Commandments I & III).

4 · Your name is your number

Your identity in AE is your Signum (AE-XXYY) - assigned by the Fides Council and locked to you. You go by it here, and you carry the AE name across the platforms where AE gathers. There is no real-name ego; there is only AE. If your wider profile does not carry the AE name, it is flagged.

5 · Conduct

On Discord. Treat every channel with respect and keep to its purpose. Personal conflicts go to DMs or your chain of command - never public channels.

In operations. Follow the chain of command, communicate clearly, and show up to what you commit to. If you cannot attend, say so in advance.

Externally. Where you are identifiable as AE, your conduct reflects on all of us. Do not misrepresent AE, speak for it unless authorised, or bring it into disrepute.

Confidentiality. What is shared inside AE stays inside it - identities, Church proceedings, disputes, anything shared in confidence. This is Commandment II, not a preference.

6 · Respect & zero tolerance

Every brother is treated with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate, and bigotry have no place here and are met with the disciplinary framework at its full weight. AE is strictly 18+.

7 · No one fights alone

Commandment V is not decorative. If you are struggling - in the game or in life - you reach out: your sponsor, your chain of command, any brother you trust. Asking for help is not weakness; it is what AE exists for. And if you see a brother going quiet, you do not look away.

8 · Discipline

Conduct that falls below the standard meets a clear, proportional framework - from a verbal warning through to dismissal - governed by the ORDINEM. Your standing carries a status: green is expected of every member; amber is a nudge; red is a problem. The fastest way back to green is to talk to your chain of command.
